This website is operated by METROPOLITAN CONCEPT BY TOADER SRL, trading as Metropolitan Concept. The information on this page governs use of the website and the general framework for requesting cleaning services in București și Ilfov.
2. Services
Metropolitan Concept offers professional cleaning services for residential and commercial spaces. Packages, prices shown in the calculator, and any online estimates are indicative unless confirmed in writing.
3. Quotes and contracts
- Submitting a form or calculator request is not a binding contract
- A service is confirmed only after our written acceptance (email/contract) and agreement on scope, price, date and access conditions
- Commercial/B2B work may require company details and invoicing data
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about the space, access, pets, alarms and any risks. The space should be reasonably accessible for the scheduled visit.
5. Payments and invoicing
Payment terms are those agreed in the offer/contract. For B2B clients we issue invoices according to Romanian law.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Short-notice cancellations may incur fees if agreed in the offer/contract.
7. Liability
We aim for a high professional standard. Liability for damages is assessed case by case and limited to the extent permitted by law, except for cases where limitation is not allowed.
8. Intellectual property
Website content (texts, visuals, branding, code) belongs to Metropolitan Concept or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
9. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site (attempts to breach security, spam, false requests, scraping that harms availability).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are handled by the competent courts in Romania, unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
